The FDSV Project forms a critical part of the Commonwealth Government's initiative to improve health system responses to family and domestic violence.Joining the SWCASA team as a Sexual Violence Integrator, you will work in partnership with the SWCASA Family Violence Integrator and the broader WVPHN team to deliver the FDSV Training Pilot to primary care professionals across the Barwon South West region.The objective of the FDSV pilot is to ensure that individuals at risk of, or experiencing, family, domestic, or sexual violence—including childhood sexual abuse—are identified early, supported appropriately, and referred to specialised services. The program is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally safe, and evidence-based practice.The Sexual Violence Integrator role will focus on strengthening the capacity of General Practice at the workforce, organisational, and systems levels.
