Your Role

We're seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant with Finance/Procurement System experience (Microsoft D365, Tech1, Dynamix AX, Oracle, Netsuite, SAP s4 Hana, Ariba, etc.) to lead customer onboarding and drive implementation of our product.

You'll work with various clients and industries as we scale, including top players in the tech sector.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead onboarding for new customers, focusing on understanding requirements and configuring the product to solve problems.
* Manage end-to-end implementation for new customers, building out customer processes from scratch.
* Train and Q&A sessions with customers and stakeholders to empower them to use the product without ongoing help from us.
* Proactive project management across multiple customers, managing requirements and tasks.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to determine which customer requests to support and set expectations.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and onboard customers quickly.
* Improve post-sales processes to accelerate time to value.


Qualifications and Skills

* 5+ years of experience working as a functional advisor implementing finance procurement tools.
* Prior experience with ERP implementations or administration (Microsoft D365, Tech1, Dynamix AX, Oracle, Netsuite, SAP s4 Hana, Ariba, etc.).
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Attention to detail and proactive approach.
* Strong data management skills in MS Excel.
* Able to balance competing priorities and make customers happy.
* Comfortable with software configuration.
