We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team in Karratha, WA on a full-time fixed-term basis.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of the site.
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading frontline teams, and ensuring service, safety, and performance targets are met.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, Start times- 7.00am to 3.30pm
Key responsibilities
* Supervising daily operational activities and staff
* Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
* Coordinating workflow to meet service and customer requirements
* Supporting and coaching team members to achieve performance outcomes
* Monitoring productivity, KPIs, and reporting requirements
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
About you
* HR Truck and Forklift Licences
* Previous experience in an operations, supervisory, or team leader role
* Strong people leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Safety-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
* Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, or a similar operational environment is highly regarded
