Job Description
* Lead and manage a large Cabin Crew team, fostering positive relationships, culture and values

As aCabin Crew Development Manageryou will lead and inspire a large Cabin Crew team basedinPerth, supporting them through key operational moments while driving a culture of safety, service and wellbeing. You'llmanage employment relationships, proactively addressing performance, conduct, attendance and engagement while empowering crew to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a high-volume, high-impact role that requires flexibility, including early starts, weekend and public holiday work, and participation in a rotational on-call roster.You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and championing Jetstar values while supporting operational excellence.
We're searching for someone with:
* Experience managing a large team, preferably in a Cabin Crew capacity
* Proven ability to provide direction, motivation and support to a remote and dynamic workforce
* Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with an innovative approach to performance management and development
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, build relationships and adapt to different audiences
* Strong strategic and organisational skills to manage multiple manage competing priorities and stakeholders
* Sound judgement, proactive thinking and fit-for-purpose solutions to meet an ever-changing customer and employee landscape
* Ability to work flexibly to meet operational requirements
