Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume key administrative and financial responsibilities within our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of tasks, including accounts payable, data entry, and general office duties with high integrity and attention to detail in their work, common sense and a problem-solving mindset, and eligibility to work in Australia.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a corporate, office environment, in a similar role, and at least 12 months of accounts payable or bookkeeping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing purchase orders and invoices with accuracy
* Keeping our financial records organised; bank recs,
* Monitoring the accounts inbox and assisting with credit card reconciliations
* Handling banking tasks when needed
* Keeping our workspace looking sharp — helping maintain tidy communal areas and ensuring supplies are always stocked
* Taking charge of weekly coffee machine cleans (yes, we love our coffee)
* Organising couriers and prepping the boardroom to impress our visitors
Additional Responsibilities:
* Assisting with day-to-day operations
* Providing backup support to our admin and sales team
* Handling general phone inquiries with professionalism and warmth
* Running errands and supporting internal departments
