KLBD (Kashrus Division of the London Beth Din) is a leading Kashrus Agency operating under the aegis of The Court of the Chief Rabbi of the United Hebrew Congregations of the Commonwealth. It is a department of The United Synagogue.
The KLBD Kosher certification department has expanded recently, and we are seeking a Rabbinic Coordinator responsible for the Kashrus of assigned companies.
Responsibilities Include
* Liaising with companies and factory auditors to ensure the highest standards of Kashrus as mandated by the London Beth Din.
* Collating and supplying kosher auditors with preparatory data and responding to concerns raised by auditors.
The successful candidate must have thorough knowledge of Kashrus and preferably hold semicha including הל' מאכלי עכו''ם והגעלה.
This role is office-based; therefore, strong computing skills and substantial experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases are required. Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
