About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised AO3 Business Support Officer to join our State Government client in Ipswich. This part-time position (5 full days per fortnight) is a job-share arrangement, working within the Housing team to provide vital administrative and operational support to the regional office.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage work orders within Ellipse, ensuring high accuracy.
* Manage shared inbox communications using Microsoft Outlook.
* Data entry, collation, and interpretation of information in Microsoft Excel.
* Provide finance administration support.
* Liaise with operational staff and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
* Prioritise and re-prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment.
About You
* Advanced computer skills, particularly in Ellipse, Excel, and Outlook.
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask.
* Self-motivated with strong organisational skills.
* Finance administration experience (highly regarded).
