Code Four is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Sales Event Coordinator to support the commercial success of Pacific Airshow and Crafted Events. This role sits at the intersection of sales and event delivery, playing a key part in driving revenue, managing client relationships, and executing world-class event experiences.

In this role, you will expand your sales knowledge in the events and entertainment industry to assist in developing global events, help manage new and existing client relationships, and assist with the execution of the commercial strategy to drive new revenue through brand and company activations. The ideal candidate will have some experience in events and activation sales, great negotiation skills, and a talent for building collaborative, long-lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination

· Securing exhibitors (new and existing), activations, food vendors and military and other event opportunities.

· Prospect for new opportunities to drive revenue.

· Prepare tailored quotes, manage bookings, invoicing and execution onsite.

· Manage sales pipelines and CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.

· Coordinate contract administration, invoicing, and client deliverables.

Exhibitor / Client Management

· Act as a key point of contact for exhibitors and assist with sponsors and partners, ensuring a seamless client experience.

· Support on ground management pre, post and during event. Including (but not limited to) briefing documents, terms and conditions, activations requirements, and display regulations.

· Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.

Event Delivery & Activation

· Work closely with operations teams to ensure all activation deliverables are executed on-site.

· Work with the team to coordinate event logistics including hospitality, branding, ticketing and activations.

· Assist in the planning and delivery of premium experiences across both Pacific Airshow and Crafted events .

Marketing & Campaign Support

· Collaborate with marketing to align with exhibitor sponsor exposure across digital, and social channels to drive exposure to events.

· Assist in the development of sales collateral and promotional materials.

Administration & Reporting

· Track and report on sales leads, new prospects, show outcomes, and ROI metrics

· Maintain accurate documentation across all sales and event activities

· To assist and support sales and events functions including accounts, database management and other administrative duties as required across all events and partnerships.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of sales experience in events and/or entertainment business industry.

· Strong knowledge in researching new prospects, driving pipelines, and coordinating events

· Creative mindset to think outside the box and work with clients on ideas

· Experience and business network with brands and agencies in this industry

· Prior experience with CRM system (Pipedrive) for management of sales pipelines and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

· Effective verbal, written and presentation skills and ability to interact with people of all different levels and backgrounds in a team environment

· Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment.

· Flexible schedule (able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed) including travel domestically and internationally if required.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to provide clear creative direction and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders
