The Internal Services Manager position, with one of the worlds leading vehicle manufacturers, will have a strong focus around the development and support of the organisations automotive Dealer Management System while also managing the IT environment of the local office. This role is for someone who can drive process and service improvements, can engage with key stakeholders locally and nationally and has a strong background in project management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage IT systems for the dealership (one location)
- Work with vendors and ensure security, compliance and privacy policies are adhered to.
- Problem and change management.
About the role
- Ensure the support of the IT and computers systems for the dealership and completion of tasks.
- Manage and participate in testing or security controls and security administration tasks.
- Vendor and budget management.
- Active involvement in the rollout of a new DMS.
- Manage day to day support of the DMS including escalation processes.
About you
- Strong background in IT systems management
- Demonstrate experience and capability to participate autonomously in complex projects
- Automotive Dealership Management System or ERP experience.
- Ability to work with vendors and key stakeholders.
- Great communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
