Impact you will have in this role As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead the end-to-end planning, production and performance of TV and digital advertising campaigns for a portfolio of charities and NGOs. Working within a values-led organisation, you will play a key role in delivering cost-effective, high-performing campaigns that help charities connect with new supporters and amplify their impact. This role will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing strategic direct response guidance while collaborating closely with creative teams. This includes shaping compelling TV scripts, coordinating film shoots, overseeing post-production, and managing campaigns through to broadcast, ensuring all work meets Australian advertising standards. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role requiring strong project management capability. You will be highly organised, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimised for performance, ultimately driving strong return on investment for clients. This role is well suited to a creative professional with agency experience, particularly across advertising or TV production, or a not-for-profit professional looking to apply their in-house expertise within a high-performing agency environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication across planning, delivery and performance Lead stakeholder meetings, including campaign planning, performance reviews and strategy, driving clear actions and outcomes Develop and deliver compelling creative and strategic briefs Own and lead fundraising strategy across a portfolio, aligning activity to income targets and growth objectives Oversee and analyse campaign performance across media, phone, digital and conversion data, in collaboration with performance teams Provide strategic oversight and leadership across key partners (media agencies, call centres, digital), ensuring alignment and accountability Lead the strategic and project management of DRTV and digital production campaigns Coordinate and facilitate status updates, planning sessions and campaign performance meetings Support budget preparation and ongoing financial management Contribute to new business development, including leading strategic responses, shaping propositions and supporting pitches Skills and Experience Ideal Candidate will have previous Fundraising expertise Previous experience across advertising, marketing, TV or digital Demonstrated experience in creative and production across advertising, ideally including TV and digital film Proven ability to brief and develop high-performing creative campaigns Strong budget management skills, with responsibility for client portfolio revenue and financial oversight Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders Highly organised with strong project management capability and a collaborative, team-focused approach Forward-thinking, with the ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines and provide regular financial updates Data-driven mindset, with a passion for performance, results and continuous improvement Genuine interest in fundraising and/or the not-for-profit sector, with a willingness to learn and grow Applications Please apply by uploading your resume and if you have any questions please contact kristina@impactadvising.com.au Impact Advising is committed to creating diverse and inclusive work environments that reflect the rich tapestry of our communities.
