Job Description Serve as the key user for Blueshift ONE IBP software, bridging planning with sales and finance functions
Analyse historical sales data and market trends to create accurate SKU-level demand forecasts
Manage and lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process across internal stakeholders
Facilitate collaboration between sales, product development, supply planning, and other teams
Identify process improvements to enhance forecast accuracy and reduce bias
Provide insights to support inventory management and optimise working capital
Lead planning activities for new product development (NPD), including data maintenance in planning systems
Review and analyse demand drivers to explain discrepancies between forecasted and actual sales.
Set up and run regular S&OP and demand review meetings The Successful Applicant
Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles within FMCG or manufacturing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends at SKU and channel level
Confident facilitator of S&OP processes with cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Proficient in planning and ERP systems - ideally with experience using IBP tools like Blueshift ONE or QAD
Capable of driving process improvements and reducing forecasting bias
Comfortable managing complexity across multiple SKUs, product types, and seasonal demand
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, finance, and operations
Detail-oriented, with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset
Experience supporting new product planning is a plus What's on Offer
