Position
We are looking for a Practice Nurse to join the Jupiter family at our general practice clinic in Jupiter Health Beechboro.
Experience is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
Assisting the medical practitioner in delivering medical services: patient triage, acute illness, health assessments, chronic disease management.
Adult and childhood immunisations.
Daily coordination of the treatment room: stock control/ordering, sterilisation, general maintenance of medical instruments and equipment.
Implementing and practising infection control.
Management of recall and reminders.
Qualifications & Selection Criteria
Current AHPRA registration.
WA immunisation certificate or willingness to obtain as soon as possible.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
A caring and holistic approach to patient care.
Time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
