Overview
The purpose of this role is to undertake assigned planned maintenance and asset lifecycle replacement project works across our accounts ranging across Commercial industry.
Responsibilities
* Perform changeover/replacement works based on our client's asset lifecycle program schedules at multiple facilities across Adelaide and Rural Areas.
* Urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on client's premises and equipment as directed by the company.
* Work autonomously or in a team environment for large or small project works.
* Undertake and record PRA, Job Safety Analysis prior to commencement of tasks.
* Liaise closely with key stakeholders and staff to ensure they are aware of any disruption to services by any works undertaken.
* Ensure effective Key Performance Indicators are managed effectively including response times, safety, compliance, and financial performance of all job numbers assigned to you.
About you / Qualifications
* Relevant Trade Qualification / minimum 2 years' maintenance experience – Gasfitting licence, Gasfitting Type A appliances, water supply and domestic hot water.
* Maintenance experience in repairs of Rinnai instantaneous hot water systems, Rotex units, Zip hot water systems and pump systems is a MUST.
* Roofing/Guttering (storm water) registration – Highly Desired.
* Backflow registration – Highly Desired.
* Air Conditioning Licence – Highly Desired.
* Experience in fault finding and diagnosis.
* Construction Card.
* EWP Licence.
* Australian Police Clearance Check.
* Working with children's check.
* Valid Manual Driver's Licence.
* OH&S, Risk Management, Environmental Management or Quality Assurance systems.
* Own hand tools; specialised tools provided by company.
* Ability to work in a Maximum-Security correctional facility.
