Our hospitality organization is seeking a dynamic and energetic Multi-Site Assistant Management Couple to join our team.
Job Description
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of multiple remote properties, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive work environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for working hands-on in various areas of the properties, including kitchens, retail outlets, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. They must be willing to live and work in remote locations and be flexible with their working hours. A National Police Clearance and relevant liquor licensing qualifications are also required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily operations across multiple sites
* Ensuring safe environments for staff and guests
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Supervising a small team of seasonal staff
Requirements
