About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Group Marketing Team at our Corporate Head Office in Newcastle, NSW. You will work within a dynamic and collaborative environment, engaging with passionate professionals across Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital, and Social Media.
Key Responsibilities
This role involves managing and optimising our websites, executing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, developing responsive emails, and managing social media strategies. You will:
* Monitor, maintain, and optimise websites and digital campaigns
* Create engaging landing pages, microsites, forms, and push notifications
* Collaborate with developers, UX designers, Graphic Designers, and Brand Managers
* Implement web tracking and analytics
* Conduct A/B testing and optimisation strategies
* Refresh business listings and display homes across platforms
* Execute advertising and retargeting campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
* Design and execute email campaigns, including automation
About You
You will share our passion and core values: better together, be accountable, people matter, think bigger. You should:
* Enjoy coding in HTML5 and CSS for responsive emails
* Have strong CMS experience; familiarity with Unbounce, Google Analytics, Campaign Monitor is beneficial
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, email automation, push notifications, and Photoshop is a plus
* Think creatively to produce innovative digital solutions
* Be a team player in a high-performing environment
