Passenger Services Team Leader Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Passenger Services team.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day activities and business issues of your team, including controlling flights and dealing with competing stakeholder priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver customer-centric passenger services by organizing, coordinating, and performing across all work areas during operational shifts
* Manage on-the-job team coaching/training and performance feedback to achieve high levels of performance and service excellence
* Ensure the efficient and effective allocation of resources to deliver operational requirements and meet Service Level Agreements
* Complete necessary paperwork and reporting as per service delivery agreements, industry standards, legislation, and company policies

* The ability to work as a leader of a team, sharing information and providing support to ensure a coordinated approach to client requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service-oriented roles
* Experience in dealing with difficult situations and high-volume personalized customer service
