At Solargain, we are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our Service Department team as a Customer Liaison Officer.
Job Summary
* This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* System Start-Ups and Shutdowns: Assist customers with the start-up and shutdown of solar PV systems over the phone, ensuring seamless operations.
* Fault Diagnosis: Utilize monitoring portals to diagnose faults and identify potential issues.
* Portal Management: Manage access to portals for customers and authorized third parties, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
* Scheduling and Coordination: Book appointments for technicians, manage their schedules, and optimize routes for efficient service delivery.
* Communication and Liaison: Collaborate with energy providers to resolve grid voltage reduction issues and support customers during network provider changes.
* Process Documentation: Assist in creating process documentation, workflows, and how-to guides for customers, enhancing their experience and understanding of our services.
Requirements:
* Driver's License
* Current Police Clearance
* Australian Citizenship or Valid Right to Work in Australia
