Reporting to a senior finance leader, this role sits within a hands-on finance function supporting manufacturing operations. It offers a balanced remit across management reporting, budgeting, analysis and operational support, with regular interaction across the business. This role will suit a Management Accountant who enjoys being close to operations while maintaining strong discipline around reporting and controls.

Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end close activities
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support operational performance
• Review and analyse costs and margins within a manufacturing context
• Partner with operational stakeholders to support reporting accuracy and insight
• Contribute to improvements across reporting, systems and processes
• Support audit requirements and maintain strong financial controls
Candidate Profile
You will be a Management Accountant with experience in a manufacturing or operational environment. You bring a solid grounding in management accounting, are comfortable working with operational teams, and understand the importance of accurate costing and reporting in a production setting. You are commercially aware, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities. CA or CPA qualification, or progress towards qualification, will be highly regarded.
