Landscape Gardener
As a Landscape Gardener you will be responsible for planning and constructing garden landscapes for our clientele. Your duties will include:
Create detailed landscape plans, including plant selection, layout, hardscape and softscape elements, and irrigation systems.
Collaborate and communicate with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
Use design software and hand-drawing techniques to illustrate concepts for clients.
Oversee the implementation and construction of landscape designs, coordinating with construction teams and ensuring the proper installation of plants, trees, and other elements.
Prepare areas for landscaping by conducting site assessments, clearing debris, grading, testing, and amending the soil, addressing drainage issues, and installing irrigation systems.
Install hardscape structures such as paths, patios, walls, fences, and other hardscaping features according to the design.
Select appropriate plants based on soil conditions, climate, and aesthetic preferences.
Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, seeds, bulbs, and other greenery or softscape structures.
Identify, address, and treat any plant diseases and implement pest control.
Shaping trees and hedges and installing support and protection structures for plants.
Develop and implement maintenance plans on plants and grass areas including weeding, mowing, watering, fertilising, and pruning.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
Stay updated on the latest developments in landscaping and horticulture.
Provide expert advice on plant care, pest control, and soil management.
Skills & Expertise
Minimum 2 years' experience in the position.
Relevant qualification preferred.

Salary: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
