About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our day spa team in Echuca, Victoria. As the face of our spa, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in a part-time capacity. The position requires availability for mixed weekdays and weekends.
What you'll be doing
 1. Greeting and welcoming clients and ensuring a seamless front of house experience for our guests
 2. Answering incoming calls and emails and booking appointments efficiently
 3. Retail sales and skin consultations and processing payments
 4. Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
 5. Providing general administrative support as needed
 6. Adhering to all company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
 1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the hair and beauty industry
 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional client care
 3. Excellent time management and organisational abilities
 4. Proficient in using technology such as booking systems and point-of-sale
 5. A positive, friendly and proactive attitude
