Responsibilities
* Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
* Assist dentists and oral health professionals during procedures.
* Manage stock control, sterilisation, and infection control protocols.
* Provide leadership and training to dental assistants.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting
* Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting (essential)
* Strong organisational, problem‐solving, and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Passionate about providing outstanding patient care
* Proficiency with dental software systems
