Club Rose Bay has undergone a beautiful refurbishment of both indoor and outdoor areas, complete with brand-new dining and bar spaces designed to create a fun and welcoming experience for members, guests, and the wider community.
The Role
As part of the opening team, the Community & Events Manager will play a pivotal role in driving community engagement at Club Rose Bay through the coordination of local events, in venue marketing activations and delivering exceptional front entry guest experience.
* Oversee front office and reception operations, ensuring seamless guest experience.
* Manage Club Rose Bay's membership system and guest enquiries.
* Deliver a calendar of community events and marketing activations.
* Report insights and trends to venue operations and key internal stakeholders.
* Identify new opportunities to boost revenue and brand presence.
* Maintain a community-relevant database and act as the main contact for the community.
* Champion group wide and venue specific social media campaigns.
* Previous venue operations, guest relations, marketing or event management experience.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive approach to community engagement and brand advocacy.
* Technical knowledge of membership systems, social media platforms and Microsoft office.
