About the role
Lead and manage the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Department, providing contemporary comprehensive best practice specialist services for optimal patient outcomes. This includes leadership that optimises multidisciplinary and inter‐departmental cooperation, to efficiently and effectively allocate and manage resources for best patient care. Provide and support training to clinicians across relevant disciplines to achieve quality education and safe clinical practice. This includes a lead role in accreditation of training programs, and in supporting the wellbeing of doctors in training.
