The role
We're looking for Expressions of Interest from
Document Controllers
to manage and maintain critical documentation across its lifecycle for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the Associate Director Document and Information and clients on best-practice for document and information management strategies.
* Drive adoption across diverse organizations.
* Ensure accurate version control and compliance with standards.
* Manage document workflows and approvals.
* Maintain secure document repositories.
* Support teams with document queries and training.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 7 + years of experience in document control and information management.
* Proven experience in major projects, with client-side and/or contractor-side experience.
* Knowledge of document management systems, governance and lifecycle principles.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
