This is a salaried position offering between $90,000.00 and $95,000.00 including superannuation.

We are seeking a multi skilled person who has skills covering painting / plastering and fixing carpentry who can work individually or as a team.

Ensure Restore is a growing Building Rectification Company specialising in painting, plastering and carpentry. We specialize in high quality work to service the insurance industry and our clients are professional Insurance Building companies.
We are seeking a multi skilled tradesperson with trade qualifications in Painting and a minimum of two years' experience in plastering.
The applicant must have experience in applying a wide range of paint types and finishes to all indoor and outdoor structures. Experience applying varnish, epoxy and wallpaper is an advantage. You will also need experience in plastering.
We are looking for someone that can produce consistent high-quality work. The candidate must be able to plan a job work process, work autonomously and complete jobs on time. We complete works all over metropolitan Melbourne.
The successful candidate will.
· be trade qualified as a painter.
· have a minimum of 2 years plastering experience.
· have experience working in residential and commercial spaces.
· be willing to learn new skills as training will be provided.
· provide own tools that are in good condition.
· produce high quality work with good attention to detail.
· be able to access and update cloud-based apps (training will be provided)
· have the ability to work to deadlines.
· work individually or in a team.
· have good colour matching skills (not essential but desirable. Further training will be provided)
· be willing to be flexible with working hours.
· Long-term, full-time position with advancement potential
· immediate start
The successful candidate must have.
· a current driver license.
· a work vehicle.
· a current Police Check
· a current working with children's check
· a valid white card
· trade references to provide.
