About The Project

This phase aims to establish a state-of-the-art facility to improve freight movement across the nation, leveraging advanced logistics technology to ensure speed and accuracy.
About The Role
We seek a Structures Project Engineer with expertise in large piling and viaduct construction to support Stage 1A of the BIFT project. Reporting to a Senior Project Engineer, you will manage multiple teams focused on constructing a long viaduct, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of structural components.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of structures teams constructing the viaduct.
* Supervise large piling works to meet specifications and standards.
* Support the Senior Project Engineer in overseeing structural aspects from design to completion.
* Collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and subcontractors.
* Evaluate and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Conduct inspections and oversee structural works adherence to design and regulations.
* Address structural challenges, focusing on viaduct and piling works.
* Maintain documentation of designs, processes, and inspections.
* Promote a safety-conscious, quality-driven, and innovative team environment.
Requirements
* A tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering, with significant experience in large piling and viaduct/bridge construction.
* Experience managing or coordinating teams on extensive structural projects.
* Ability to support multiple teams under a Senior Project Engineer.
* Strong technical knowledge of structural design and construction practices.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency with construction management software and technology integration.
* Problem-solving skills with attention to detail, especially in complex viaduct and piling works.
