Salary: £45K - £63K / Year
Are you an experienced Small Animal Vet looking for a role that offers genuine clinical freedom, excellent support and the opportunity to progress into a senior or management position?
This is an opportunity to join a long‑established, purpose‑built, RCVS‑accredited small animal practice based in Perthshire, offering a high standard of care, a loyal client base and a strong team culture. The practice is set in a highly desirable location, combining access to outdoor living with excellent local amenities.
You’ll be part of a friendly, collaborative team of vets and highly skilled RVNs, supported by visiting orthopaedic and soft tissue specialists. The practice is well resourced and encourages vets to work cases up fully in‑house, with support for developing clinical interests and funded certificates.
Role offers
* Opportunity to progress into a Senior or Clinical Director‑level role for the right candidate
* Excellent work‑life balance with a 1:5 OOH rota, TOIL included, and an average of 29 hours per week on day shifts after OOH
* 15‑minute consults, double slots for complex cases, protected catch‑up time and well‑managed diaries
* 24/7 nurse support on site for emergencies, inpatient care and triage
* Strong clinical facilities including multiple theatres, imaging, dental suite with dental X‑ray, endoscopy, in‑house lab and advanced monitoring
