Key Account Logistics Manager
About the Role:
* We seek an experienced Key Account Logistics Manager to identify and develop logistics and supply chain opportunities within key accounts.
* The ideal candidate will translate client needs into tailored solutions, driving deal conversion by preparing commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
Main Responsibilities:
* You will manage end-to-end relationships with key accounts across the ANZ market.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution, Operations, Product, Finance, and other teams in APAC to ensure seamless handover from sales to delivery.
* Conduct regular business reviews to uncover growth opportunities and build customized account plans aligned with integrated solutions.
* Monitor ANZ logistics trends, industry moves, and regulatory shifts – providing actionable insights to regional leadership to shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or key account management within 3PL/4PL, freight forwarding, integrated logistics, or related industries.
* Commercial skills: experienced in structuring deals, negotiating terms and conditions, and managing profit and loss impact.
* Effective communication and executive engagement skills, comfortable presenting to and influencing decision-makers.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written/spoken).
* Will to travel occasionally within ANZ and other regional hubs.
