Your Role
- Deliver meaningful business insights through robust reporting, financial modelling, and data analysis
- Lead and manage budgeting processes, monthly financial reviews, and performance tracking
- Partner with internal stakeholders to build trusted relationships and become a key advisor on financial matters
- Facilitate monthly meetings with business units to review financials, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities
- Investigate financial anomalies, cleanse and interpret data, and provide explicit, actionable recommendations
Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar finance role, preferably within the aged care industry
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to identify root causes and avoid reliance on workarounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage directly with stakeholders and explain complex financial concepts
- Demonstrated commitment, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with financial systems; familiarity with Tech1 is highly desirable
