Warehouse Operations Manager
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of our warehouse operations.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse team, promoting growth and continuous improvement.
* Oversee goods inwards, dispatch, inventory management, and stock flow processes.
* Manage tasks such as picking, packing, and dispatching orders efficiently.
* Monitor and report on key warehouse metrics (DIFOT, AOT, order accuracy) and implement process improvements.
* Maintain compliance with OH&S, quality, and sustainability standards.
* Ensure high standards of warehouse housekeeping and safety.
* Collaborate with transport vendors and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
About You
* Proven experience in warehouse management and leadership.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
* Able to drive process improvements and deliver results.
* Forklift License required.
