About the RoleDue to an internal promotion, the Health Club Manager position at Mt Annan has become available for a 6-month secondment with the view to perm. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for an experienced fitness professional to step into a leadership position in a large-scale health club, with an established customer base, and on-the-job training and development provided.
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you'll oversee daily health club operations, team performance, roster management and program delivery. You will also have a strong focus on the group fitness program, including timetable quality, instructor performance and driving consistent member attendance, while keeping our member journey and membership sales front-of-mind.

Qualifications Required
* Certificate IV in Fitness or similar degree qualification
* NSW Working with Children Check - Employee
* First Aid Certificate - HLTAID011
* CPR certification - HLTAID009
