About the Role
* Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
* Collecting, sorting and pricing donations in store;
* Assisting in visual merchandising and store presentation development and coordination;
* Providing exceptional Customer Service;
* Displaying stock in correct departments following policy and procedure;
* FOLLOWING Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures;
* Demonstrating core values in all work related activities;
* Heavy Lifting & Manual Handling: Moving, lifting, and arranging stock including furniture and large donations.
About You
We are looking for a high energy individual with strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in retail sales is not essential but passion and ability to deliver results in a complex and rewarding environment is crucial.
You will be an effective written and verbal communicator comfortable aligning to The Salvation Army Mission and Values. Willingness to work across various locations including weekends.
