About the Grampians Health & St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne EMR Program

Grampians Health (GH) and St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) are working together to explore the implementation of a shared Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as part of their digital transformation journey. This program presents an exciting opportunity to deliver the first Victorian EMR that connects patient care records across rural, regional and metropolitan health services. This EMR program aims to deliver a comprehensive digital patient record across ambulatory, inpatient and community services across both organisations.

About The Role

In order to achieve our vision of a single patient record, GH and SVHM will be recruiting a single EMR program team to design, build and implement our EMR. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of a large-scale transformational program across two large health services.

As the Shared EMR Project Officer, you will provide support to program leadership and coordinate a range of business-critical administrative tasks. These include:

* Providing administrative support to the shared program including the coordination of risk registers, project trackers and governance documentation
* Supporting with key human resource tasks relating to the recruitment and day to day management of the shared program team - including onboarding and leave management

You will work in collaboration with a number of key stakeholders across GH and SVHM including People & Culture and the Executive Office.

Classifications for this position will range between a HS3-HS25 ($74k- $82k per annum based on experience, excluding super).

A Bit About You

Must Have

* Experience working in a project support role within a healthcare setting;
* Demonstrated ability to prioritise and coordinate administrative activities across a large portfolio;
* Ability to work on premise at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne Fitzroy or Grampians Health Ballarat Base Hospital;
* Possesses a current Victorian Drivers Licence;
* National Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)

Nice to Have

* Previous experience working in a large scale EMR implementation;
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
