Front of House Administration Assistant/Trainee
The Role:
* Provide excellent customer service, welcoming clients and visitors.
* Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
* Maintain and update office records and databases, including MYOB.
* Offer general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and scheduling appointments.
* Perform data entry, invoicing, and updating company databases.
* Assist with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
* Experience or ability to learn MYOB accounting software.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
* Minimum Year 12 completion or equivalent required.
* Must have the right to work in Australia.
