About the Role
Lead general repairs and upkeep across apartments and common areas – including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting as Maintenance Supervisor at UniLodge @ Shafston. In this role, you will manage maintenance schedules, coordinate contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Reporting to the Property Manager, you will work alongside all stakeholders to maintain a safe, well‐maintained, and efficiently run property.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all repairs and maintenance for apartments and common areas.
* Coordinate contractors to ensure timely, compliant work.
* Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
* Manage preventative maintenance programs and schedules.
* Provide after‐hours and on‐call emergency support.
Skills & Experience Required
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* State Driver's Licence (Class C preferred)
* Trade Qualified in mechanical engineering, electrical, plumbing, or related fields (desirable)
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
* Excellent problem‐solving and decision‐making abilities.
