Responsibilities
As a full‑time, permanent maintenance electrician in our Hebel plant, you will:
* Preventative, breakdown and shutdown maintenance across all electrical equipment.
* Fault finding, troubleshooting and working to minimise downtime.
* Supporting plant improvements by digging into performance issues and helping implement smarter ways of working.
* Ensuring maintenance programs run to plan and meet required standards.
* Completing required documentation, JSA/SWMS, and maintaining high safety compliance.
* Developing AFPPs and PMs.
* Working with contractors on electrical installation and service work.
* Following all site safety procedures and setting the tone for safe behaviour.
Qualifications
* Electrical trade licence.
* Strong hands‑on maintenance background.
* Fault‑finding experience, ideally including PLC/SCADA exposure.
* Solid safety mindset with experience completing risk assessments.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well with fitters, contractors, and production teams.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and think analytically.
* Experience with asset management systems (SAP highly regarded).
* EWP, Forklift, First Aid certification.
