About the role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will primarily be responsible for overseeing your territory, ensuring the development and achievement of agreed objectives, focusing on merchandising to a high standard within pharmacies based on an agreed call plan.
Duties include:
* Bring campaigns to life by executing all head office promotional activity with precision and priority
* Shape the instore experience through high impact window displays, feature bays and off location merchandising that drives customer engagement
* Be the communication heartbeat with timely updates on compliance, weekly activities and insights
* Own your space by executing planograms accurately and maintaining strong, consistent shelf presence across all categories
* Ensure compliance of all company policies and procedures

* Merchandising experience
* Basic IT skills to generate reports to management
* The ability to understand what the customer wants
