You'll collaborate closely with researchers, product owners and developers to deliver high-quality, accessible and user-centred solutions from concept through to delivery. What you'll be doing: Design wireframes, user journeys, prototypes and high-fidelity experiences Translate research insights into practical, intuitive design solutions Lead usability testing and iterate based on evidence and feedback Work within and evolve design systems and component libraries (Figma) Prepare clear documentation for seamless developer handover Present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders Your Profile 3 years' UX design experience Strong end-to-end product design capability (discovery → delivery) Advanced Figma skills across prototypes and design systems Deep understanding of WCAG and inclusive design principles Experience working in cross-functional product teams Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and manage competing priorities Bonus: Experience in education, learning design or taking products from early concept to market-ready delivery.
