About the Role
We're on the lookout for a Client Manager who thrives on building relationships, and delivering high-impact results.
You'll be the trusted link between our clients and internal teams, driving day-to-day delivery, uncovering growth opportunities, and translating insights into action.
What You'll Be Doing
Manage and grow relationships with key clients
Coordinate day-to-day project and program delivery, including managing lead briefs, forms, and documentation
Present clear, data-backed insights that guide decision-making
Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
Manage budgets, quoting, reconciliation, invoicing and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally and foster a high-performing team culture
Maintain compliance with internal processes and WHS standards
What You Bring
Proven experience in client management and/or account management
Industry knowledge across FMCG, retail, consumer goods, merchandising or field marketing will be highly desirable
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and grow client relationships
A strategic, commercial mindset with a flair for problem-solving and opportunity identification
Financial and data literacy - you know your way around reports and are skilled in analytics and insights generation
Confident communication, influencing and presentation skills
Curiosity, initiative, and a drive for results
Leadership capability - you can coach, motivate and elevate a Client Executive
Experience in sales strategy, store or field program management, and/or compliance and reporting frameworks will get bonus points
