About the role
Working as a Medical Receptionist, supported by a team of highly experienced nurses and administrative staff, you will be providing clinical administration care to predominantly young adults, including persons from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and LGBTIQA+ communities.
This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a unique and diverse population, including domestic and international students, and staff.
Key responsibilities include;
* Meet and greet patients into the clinic
* Answer high volume of incoming calls
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail and emails
* Invoicing and receipting to patients and third parties
* Scheduling appointments and relevant follow up
* Triaging patients and monitoring waiting room
* General administrative support for Doctors and Nurses

About you
As the star candidate for the role, you will have:
* Have a strong interest in working unique diverse environment.
* MUST BE AVAILABLE to work a rotating roster of Morning, afternoon and evening.
* You will be required to tend to patient needs, answer a continuous high volume of phone calls, liaise with Doctors and handle any requests that may arise.
* Medical receptionist experience is preferred but not required.
