About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative and service operations of the business, ensuring the smooth running of office and field support functions.Reporting to the Director and management team, your responsibilities will include:Coordinating schedules, bookings, and job allocationsManaging incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiriesLiaising with suppliers, clients, and team members to ensure seamless operationsProviding administrative support across HR, onboarding, and compliance documentationSupporting the Director and field team with ad-hoc admin and service tasksIdentifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency About You The successful candidate will have:Previous administration experience in trades or plumbingStrong organisational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsConfidence using Microsoft Office Suite, Servicem8 and XeroAbility to work independently, take initiative, and prioritise effectivelyA positive, solutions-focused attitude and strong teamwork mindset What's in it for You?
