We're looking for a process-driven Property Management Operations Manager to step into a pivotal national role supporting the backend structure of a thriving PM division. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with strong operational, systems, and training experience to drive consistency, compliance, and team support across multiple offices. You’ll work closely with an inspiring leadership team and play a hands-on role in streamlining systems, onboarding new staff, driving training initiatives, and improving platform performance across the network. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operational support functions of a large-scale property management team Lead onboarding, training, and systems coaching for new and existing staff Coordinate interstate training trips (VIC, QLD, TAS & Sydney offices as needed) Manage compliance systems and reporting (Trello, Process St, Property Tree) Drive acquisition, integration and platform migrations Deliver reporting on business tech performance and coordinate office-wide updates Support social campaigns, internal communications, and performance initiatives Collaborate with leadership to maintain system integrity and team efficiency What We’re Looking For: This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational leadership, loves working with systems, and enjoys empowering teams to perform at their best. To succeed, you’ll need: Current Certificate of Registration (COR) and a reliable vehicle Strong hands-on experience with Property Tree, Excel, and Canva A genuine passion for systems, structure, and streamlining operational workflows Proven ability to lead onboarding, training, and platform rollouts for teams Confidence to work independently, paired with strong collaboration skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities To Apply: Please call Vanessa Necovski on 0401 744 636 for more information or email your CV to vnecovski@goughrecruitment.com.au.
