Your role in Lending Technology
As a Test Analyst in Lending, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the reliability of our home loan and residential lending systems. You’ll design, maintain, and execute automated and manual tests across the full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), with a particular focus on loan origination, credit assessment, approval, and servicing.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Test Manager and lending delivery teams to review test coverage, strengthen regression suites, and support automation across complex home lending scenarios.
This is a role where attention to detail, strong automation skills, and experience in banking or financial services will make you stand out.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing, automating, and executing end-to-end test cases across home lending systems.
- Building and maintaining up-to-date, object-oriented automation frameworks.
- Reviewing requirements, design and architecture to ensure completeness, traceability, and testability.
- Performing functional, integration, SIT, UAT, and regression testing across loan origination platforms.
- Identifying opportunities to convert manual test cases into automated scripts.
- Using exploratory testing to uncover gaps and enhance coverage.
- Providing feedback and recommendations to improve test strategies, standards, and practices.
- Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to validate lending scenarios.
Tech stack you’ll work with
We’re seeking testers with hands-on experience in automation using:
- Java, TypeScript, Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured
- API testing tools such as Postman
- Experience with Tosca will be an advantage
About you
You’ll bring:
- 2+ years in software testing with a strong focus on automation.
- Experience in banking or financial services, ideally with home lending platforms (loan origination, credit assessment engines, serviceability calculators).
- A structured, risk-based approach to testing, combined with strong stakeholder collaboration.
- Proven experience building and executing automated test frameworks.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and evolving requirements.
