Redink Homesis looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team, overseeing residential builds across Perth's northwest coast including Two Rocks, Yanchep, Eglington, Alkimos
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of homes at one of WA's leading residential building companies. About the Role
You'll oversee an array of new home builds around Perth's northwest coast. Ensuring every site meets our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll manage trades, liaise with clients, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver homes on time and to spec.
What You'll Do
* Supervise day-to-day construction and site progress
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
* Maintain quality and safety standards across all sites
* Resolve on-site issues and keep clients informed
* Monitor budgets, variations, and schedules
What You'll Bring
* Relevant trade qualification and residential building experience
* WA White Card and valid C-Class driver's licence
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to build trusted relationships with trades and clients
* Confident using systems like MS Office or Click Homes
