Summary
An exciting opportunity for a Works Coordinator to join Service Stream. The Utilities Division is looking for a Works Coordinator to support the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance team by coordinating operational and logistical administration, including scheduling and dispatching resources, completing quality assurance and control checks on work orders, and ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across all activities.
Responsibilities
* Take calls and dispatch resources in consultation with discipline supervisors during business hours
* Receive and coordinate emergency calls and schedule works as soon as possible
* Manage end-to-end job management through a specialised systems environment, actioning any resultant works required and ensuring job closure
* Liaise with field resources and supervisors to ensure work is completed within required time frames, including raising additional works as required
* Coordinate tools, equipment and services for repairs, calibration, inspections, vehicle maintenance and stocktaking, including receiving and dispatching critical spares
* Maintain productivity monitoring records and report issues or anomalies to management
* Run daily reports
* Complete task allocation and work orders to meet all client, customer and business objectives
About You
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Previous water industry experience (desirable)
* Working knowledge of dispatch, works scheduling and/or planning related software
* Working knowledge of Asset Management Software (Maximo desirable)
* Excellent provision of customer service
* Professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner
* Well‐developed organisational and administration skills
* High level of attention to detail
