The Administration Officer of BLOOM FRESH provides high-quality administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the organisation. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Administrative Support
* Clerical support to GM and Operations Manager
* Operate internal CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform which manages all aspects of the business, including grower profiles, planting records, and new customers
* Maintain and update licensee records and databases
* Assist with vine orders entries when needed
* Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment orders
Financial & Operational Support
* Process expense claims for employees, and reconcile receipts for the monthly statement
* Support the coordination of projects, events, and internal activities.
Compliance & Record-Keeping
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organisational policies and procedures.
* Assist with maintaining compliance records, licenses, forms, and documentation.
Other Duties
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
* Undertake other relevant tasks as directed by management.
* Flexibility for international Teams meetings outside normal working hours
ORGANIZATION: REPORTS & PEOPLE IN CHARGE
* Reporting to: Operations Manager
* People in charge: None
* Close collaborations with: Operations Manager, Commercial team, and other departments within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Certificate III/IV in Business Administration or equivalent (desired but not essential).
* High level of experience with Excel
* Previous experience in an administrative or office-support role.
* Experience handling confidential information.
