**Your new company**
This company is a small Structural and Engineering firm with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. They specialise in designing and delivering building projects Australia wide.
**Your new role**
Based in the office 5 days a week you will be responsible for all administration duties to the office.
This includes but is not limited to:
- HR Recruitment Support (assisting with onboarding etc)
- Document formatting
- Invoicing
- Small amount of marketing duties to help out the Marketing team
- High level of general administration (including stock ordering)
- Social Committee
- Small amount of IT Support (very basic, replacing monitors and ordering/providing new HDMI cables etc)
- Occasional Reception duties
**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to have high attention to detail, be tech savvy and have high computer literacy.
Additional requirements:
- at least 2 years experience in an Administrative role
- Advanced-Intermediate in Excel and Word
- Able to Multitask and Prioritise
- Ability to keep up in a fast paced environment
