Customer Support Specialist Job Description This dynamic role supports one of our teams by providing exceptional customer service and support sales growth within our business. You'll leverage your previous IT hardware experience to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients and suppliers. As a skilled specialist, you will plan and prioritize sales support activities towards achieving agreed business goals, while managing your time and productivity. You will identify sales leads and escalate them to Business Development Managers. Maintain sales statistics, records of sales performance and the customer database. Provide administrative support for the production of tenders, bids and other sales related documents. Receive, handle or escalate customer complaints related to the sale of our products/services.
