Due to continued growth, our Carole Park warehouse is looking for a strong Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll oversee daily warehouse operations, support a dedicated team of Logistics Operators, and ensure the smooth distribution of products across our network.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
What You'll Do
* Lead and support a team of Logistics Operators in daily warehouse activities.
* Oversee inventory control, stock rotation, and accurate documentation.
* Coordinate picking, loading, and delivery requirements with drivers and third‐party transport providers.
* Ensure all warehouse equipment and trucks are maintained, serviced, and safety‐checked.
* Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and compliance with food safety and HACCP requirements.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience supervising a warehouse or logistics team in an FMCG environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and organise staff.
* Solid computer skills, including inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
* A current forklift licence and confidence operating MHE safely.
* High attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety, quality, and efficient operations.
