Our client is a local insurance brokerage part of the Steadfast Group which has made a number of acquisitions in recent times. They provide Business Insurance to individuals, small, medium and large businesses.

Basic Qualifications
You must come from a background in claims, broking or underwriting in Strata (Retail and/or Commercial). People from an Owners Corporate generalist background will also be considered.
What will you do
Work closely with the Client Service Team, Underwriting Partners and Service providers.
Assist the Directors and Senior Account Executives in support.
Processing & facilitating your client's new business, renewals and endorsements.
Preparing detailed & professional submissions for client new business and renewals.
Assist clients over the telephone and seek terms for their insurance requirements from market underwriters in a professional, friendly manner.
Interact & foster relationships with all stakeholders associated with our business i.e. existing & potential clients, underwriters, loss adjusters, premium funders.
Manage complex client accounts and the overall execution.
Work with our CRM, quoting & network platforms.
Portfolio for this role is primarily Strata Residential and Commercial.
